"Nautical Knots" Pasta by the Pool
I learned to cook in Massachusetts by watching Julia Child on WGBH, public TV. After a while, I went out and bought her Mastering the Art of French Cooking, which I have to this day. Since then I've cooked a lot meals in a lot places.
In 2009, my wife, Rosaria, and I started a food blog, 2Gourmaniacs.com. Most of the images here are from shoots for the blog. We purveyed, prepped, cooked, styled and photographed everything you see here.
